“ For a work meal for seven of us we chose to book Noel online the process was straightforward and they called two days in advance to confirm our reservation. We put down a note to say if we could eat outside if the weather was nice- they were quite accommodating. We all chose to have a 3 course meal from the lunch set menu which was 19.95. Everyone enjoyed their meal- and were happy with what they chose. The waiter who served us was equally amazing- he was able to cater for our needs. Me as a pescatarian and non drinker had many options. The mocktails I had were super refreshing. We all got hot drinks to finish off. The atmosphere was very relaxed and loved being seated by the canal. Overall everything was spectacular and I will certainly return. Also side note there is a 12.5% service charge- which we didn't mind as we wanted to tip anyway. ”
“ We booked Noel’s Bar & Restaurant for a special birthday lunch with 16 guests. fantastic customer service right from the start through to the end of our lunch party. The booking was simple and the staff were kind enough to revise the set menu to suit our party’s dietary preferences. Payment was clear & simple. The initial booking was handled perfectly by Laila & Francesco. On the day, we were greeted by Callum & his customer service levels were fantastic! So personable, calm & smiling constantly We were so impressed with the service, the pre drinks, mocktails & Prosecco & the restaurant itself is beautiful with instagram worthy decor! We were very impressed that the team had arranged name cards with each persons food options listed. It was very professional & aesthetically pleasing. The food came out on time & was of a high standard. All of the guests complimented all of the food, from its presentation, taste and portion size. Not one guest complained about anything! We loved every single minute of our time in your establishment celebrating a 70th Birthday. The hot drinks were superb with the tea pots being the cutest thing ever!! Thank you all so very much & we look forward to returning again not just for large bookings but smaller groups too!!! Keep doing what you are doing as it is fabulous!!! ”
“ Its not busy when we get in. Got a window side table, nice relaxing view. It would be perfect if we could get a bigger table as we ordered a lotEverything is fantastic! Restaurant and food decorating are wonderful. Did not expect this good before we get in to be honest. Our bill is around 90pound including server charge, which we are happy with it. Especially the waitress who severed us (purple/pink hair coloured?). Very good service and gave us a beautiful meal time here! ”
